3/26/08 - We're pleased to announce an upgrade to design III plastic body Bosch style injectors.  These injectors provide the most consistent fueling!

We recommend switching to larger fuel injectors with a 3.0 pulley (Gen III blower) or a 3.1 pulley (Gen V blower). 42.5lb injectors are the most commonly used aftermarket injector for the GM 3800 and for good reason: They are the easiest to tune and still offer acceptable fuel mileage. For heavier builds we also offer 50, 60, and 68lb high impedance injectors (all ratings assuming 3 bar pressure at the rail). All injectors are high impedence and require no modification to the injector drivers.

Tech Note: Series II Naturally Aspirated engines 2000 and newer use Multec injectors and will require the adapters sold below.  All Series II supercharged engines use EV1 injectors, and all Series III engines use EV6 injectors.

Please note - When comparing injectors don't forget to factor in any necessary adapters and/ or the cost of flowmatching. Our injectors all come flowmatched at no additional cost and in many cases don't require adapters.
