More stuff that adds no power but costs you money... We know how frustrating that can be.  If you're pan's not leaking than you don't need this but if it is than it's a cheap alternative to the $45.00 GM gasket.  You can take the $25.00 you saved and spend it on go-fast parts. We won't tell.
