Perfect for advancing or retarding timing on your camshaft to change your powerband, these Rollmaster timing sets include a drive and driven gear as well as a heavy duty Romac chain. The single chain setup is a drop-in replacement for your stock chain/ gears. Swap over the cam sensor magnet to the new gear and slide the entire assembly on.
The double chain should be used with any valve spring firmer than 105lbs.
Please note: Running the dual chain timing set requires either removing the balance shaft gear or the entire balance shaft assembly. If you remove the entire balance shaft you'll also need to plug the rear oiling hole. Double chain setups should be run without a tensioner. |
