They're back! Our intercoolers are light, efficient, and best of all: inexpensive! This intercooler core can be installed in an existing system or with a system built from the ground up. You pick the pump, the lines, the radiator, and other accessories... we supply you the intercooler. Our intercooler kit (kit coming soon) will allow the use of a 3.0" pulley on a stock car with basic modifications and an even smaller pulley on vehicles with more modifications.*
- Significantly lowers knock, cools the charged air, and reduces stress on the motor while making more power
- Unparalleled quality - All parts are CNC machined
- Easier Installation than previous gen units
- Gains of 40 - 50 wheel horsepower! (see above)
- Weight: 12.50 lbs
- Includes longer bolts necessary for install!

Does this core require a breather? Yes. You will also need to drill a hole in the intake manifold to allow the rear PCV to operate correctly. This is performed on our machined intakes.
How does an intercooler work? To understand how an intercooler works one must first understand that all knock is a cause of heat either directly or indirectly. The spinning internals of the M90 output a lot of heat which is absorbed by the air which is also superheated as it's compressed. The temperature increases exponentially with each drop of a pulley size. To remedy the problem and eliminate knock we use the intercooler to cool the temperature of the air exiting the supercharger. By doing this you are now capable of running pulley sizes that would otherwise require more involved modifications such as a cam.
Is your core easily replacable like the competitions? Yes. The core can be swapped out of the plate stack in less than a minute.
How well does your core perform? - On our test vehicle we removed our first generation W Body Store intercooler and replaced it with our new intercooler. The vehicle previously ran a 2.8" pulley with 3 - 5 degrees of knock and 18 degrees of timing. With just the switch to our newer intercooler the vehicle is now running knock free with 20+ degrees of timing. Testing was done in 95 degree weather no less!
